Is this a liquid smoothie?
No. We are a frozen, ready-to-blend smoothie service that delivers straight to your door. Each smoothie pouch contains pre-portioned, ready-to-blend, carefully sourced smoothie ingredients that you simply need to throw in your blender, add 250ml of liquid, and blend! No chopping, no peeling, no fuss. We send it, you blend it, then…sip it!
What liquids can I add to my smoothie?
All SIP products are 100% gluten and dairy free, meaning you can add whichever liquid best suits your dietary lifestyle. Each smoothie flavour works best with a particular type of liquid base i.e. plant based milks or dairy milks, or coconut or natural water. We recommend that you check the back of your smoothie pack and follow our suggestions to ensure your smoothie tastes best!
Is there any dairy in your products?
All SIP products are proudly 100% dairy and gluten free. Plant based or dairy lovers are all welcome!
How long are my SIP goodies safe to consume?
Each smoothie pouch has a printed expiry date. If safely stored in your freezer, your unopened, sealed smoothie pouches can last up to six months.
Where are SIP ingredients sourced from?
The beauty of our UAE locally made products is that where we source our fresh and snap-frozen fruit and vegetables constantly changes depending on the season. We want to ensure that every sip is fresh and flavoursome - this means ensuring that the produce we use is at optimal ripeness so that your smoothies are bursting with fresh, vibrant flavours!
Are there any added sugars?
There are ZERO additives, flavourings, refined sugars or thickeners in our smoothie pouches. We pride ourselves on being 100% refined sugar and additive free. Straight goodness - no nasties!
How do I store my SIP smoothie pouches?
Your SIP delivery will arrive frozen on ice. We strongly recommend that you store your products in the freezer straight away to avoid any spoiled pouches.
Can I use half my pouch only and refreeze it?
We recommend that all smoothie pouches are consumed at the time of opening.
How many Calories are in your juices?
We believe in transparency! Check the back of your pouch for all nutritional info, or simply preview this on our website’s smoothie products page.
How many smoothies does one pouch make?
1 large smoothie or two half-size smoothies (ideal for little family members to share!)
I have a nut allergy, is it safe for me to consume these products?
Our products do not contain any nuts, however, as is the case with nature's goodness, some fruit may contain traces of tree nuts at the point of harvest. We recommend consulting with a doctor before consuming any fruit that may cause similar allergies.
Are your products safe to consume while pregnant?
All our products are 100% natural with no dairy or refined sugar additives. However, as each pregnancy is different, we always recommend consulting with a doctor before consuming.
Is your packaging recyclable?
Yes! We believe that the sustainability of our earth is important - every little action has an impact. Our packaging is 100% recyclable.
Do you deliver to emirates outside of Dubai?
Yes, we deliver UAE wide!
When will my order arrive?
We offer next day delivery for orders placed between Monday - Friday across all 7 emirates. All orders received after the cut off time for your emirate may only be delivered the following business day thereafter. Orders placed during weekends will be delivered the following Monday.
How will my order arrive?
Your order will arrive frozen on ice. We strongly recommend transferring your products straight to your freezer once delivered to avoid any spoiled goods.
I live in a remote area, do you deliver to me?
To check if you qualify for deliveries, please reach out to our team at hello@sipdxb.com before ordering. Additional delivery fees may apply.
Can I modify an order after it's been placed?
Same day deliveries cannot be modified. Should you need to modify a future order, contact our team at hello@sipdxb.com so we can assist you.
